Udjat Agency, Alexandria branch, is looking for a professional social media moderator to build, manage, and monitor a strong online presence for Udjat clients.

Your responsibility is to respond to client inquiries and provide help via social media platforms.

You should be able to improve site traffic and customer interaction metrics that are in line with your overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

1. The maximum age is 22 years.
2. Experience in brand management and consumer involvement on social media channels.
3. Experience dealing with consumer inquiries and complaints at a startup institution is a plus.
4. Excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
5. Problem-solving and query-resolution abilities.
6. Great attention to detail.
7. Capable of working on their own.
8. Excellent understanding of contemporary social media platforms and technology
9. Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours if necessary

12. Work availability: 8 hours per day, any 6 days a week.
