As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of our human resources function.

About the Internship

This internship offers fresh graduates or students in their final year of study the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a supportive and professional setting. You will assist in various HR functions, primarily focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews
• Assist in organizing onboarding activities for new hires
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Provide support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
• Contribute to performance management and feedback collection processes
• Assist in planning training and development sessions
• Support daily HR operations and respond to employee inquiries

Requirements

• Education: Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in the final year of university
• Experience: 0 to 6 months of HR-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
